PAUL J. NOWOTNY
Paul is a recent addition to the Property Condition Assessment, Inc., Associates. Paul has extensive experience with large scale construction projects to include military, government and civilian programs. Paul has additional experience with planning, scheduling, and executing constructing/repairing projects for buildings, streets, and airfields. He is an experience resource for cost evaluations, project inspections and contract reviews.
