DAVID SAYERS-O’NEILL
Has been with PCAInc since February 2000. He is a Senior Associate of the company, performing value-in-place inspections of commercial construction projects, Property Condition Assessments of existing commercial buildings, and reviews construction documents, plans and budgets for lenders and owners. David has a widely varied background in construction and construction management with particular emphasis in the areas of civil engineering.
