Arthur A. Eldridge
Joined Property Condition Assessment, Inc. in July, 2004. Arthur has been a home and commercial construction inspector for the past 16 years. Arthur has been a Building Maintenance Coordinator and Manager. He has served as faculty member and lecturer at the university level and has presented many programs and seminars for industry professionals. Arthur has been an adjunct professor of engineering, physics and computer science since 1997 and He holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Rice College of Technology, Houston, and in Business Management from Houston Business College.
